Quick note, we'd been seeing issues connecting to DFKChain with the POKT RPC. The RPC URL had a small change in it. The Matoya command has been updated !dfkc-rpc and you can find it here in their docs as well.
You can update the network settings by going to "Add Network" in the MetaMask extension, which will open the MetaMask site, and then select "Networks" and the one you want to edit, changing the RPC URL.
