DFK Duel Season 2 has officially started! This Season will run for eight weeks, from December 14th to February 8th. So get your lone wolves, squads and battalions prepped and ready for an out-and-out Hero card brawl. Then buckle up, because this Season will bring some big improvements, exciting perks, and fun twists! DFK Duel Season 2 Updates Check out our Medium article for additional details on Duel updates: but see the high level info below: - Matchmaking improvements - Matchups will be based on a combination of Hero Level & Player - Rank with older player entries expiring over time. - Class & Subclass Bonus - Class and subclass bonuses will be applied based on a 12-hour rotating selection of boosted classes and subclasses. - Hero Daily Limits - To encourage better Duel diversity, we’re adding daily limits for individual Heroes (separate limits for each Duel type). - Hero Season Lock - Heroes can only participate in Duels from a single wallet for the current season. Heroes that have already participated will display that info in the Tavern for buyer’s awareness. - Ranks & Rewards - This blurb won’t do it justice but the entire ranking system has been overhauled to provide quicker and more meaningful rewards to players as they win and progress. When you reach a new rank, you'll get treated to a fantastic new rank up stinger and a screen to claim your rank reward instantly. Or wait to claim in the Duel modal later. Also, enjoy the beautiful new rank art for your Duel profile as you get more powerful and defeat more opponents. - Season 1 Rewards - To that end, you can go back and claim your Season 1 rewards in-game from the Duel interface, based on the previous ranking system and rewards. We’re really excited to continue building on top of the DFK Duel framework. These improvements will provide a more rich and rewarding experience for you as the player.
